How to wash wool?
Washing wool is often associated with a complicated and long process. But it doesn't have to be, as long as you follow some simple rules. Wool should preferably be washed at 30 degrees. If you have experienced shrinkage of your woollen clothes, it is caused by too high a temperature and too much movement. Most washing machines now have a washing programme for wool that takes this
into account. Always make sure you follow the washing instructions on the clothes. And don't forget the detergent - it's really important that you choose a detergent specifically made for wool.
